Isaiah 33:22 --
For the LORD is our judge, [Judicial]
the LORD is our lawgiver, [Legislative]
the LORD is our king; [Executive]
He will save us.
By the way, Madison was our fourth President and is known as the "Father of the Constitution."

LOVE this reference! Three branches in the Bible! Who knew? (and I'm not the economist - my sweet husband is. I'm a psychologist!)
And if all three levels of Government were God fearing men/women, it would work!!!
